Since inauguration of the hospital, Anaesthesia dept is playing crucial role in each and every area of the hospital. Department of Anaesthesia is taking care of patients before, during & after surgery, making patients pain-free through out of the perioperative period.
Apart from Anaesthesia services they also taking care of critically ill patients in ICU’s and emergency department patients and also taking care of cardiac arrest scenarios & providing sedation for various procedures like Endoscopies / CT Scanning & various other procedures where patient is not cooperating.
We provide General Anaesthesia / Regional Anaesthesia (Spinal & Epidural and Blocks) ultrasound guided nerve blocks / sedation based on requirement of the procedure.
Department of Anaesthesia is also taking care of pain management in both chronic pains & Acute pains & also during normal delivery through labour analgesia.
We are providing Anaesthesia services for General surgery, orthopedic, OBG, ENT, Ophthalmology, Urology Departments as of now.
On average, we provide Anaesthesia for 400 surgeries in a month (As per 2019-2021).
We are having Five advance operation theaters with workstations and advanced patient monitoring systems.
We have two ultrasound machines and 6 ventilators dedicated to our department.
Now we are going into academic activities – post graduation training courses [ post MBBS] Course
Degree :- DA (Diplamo in Anesthesiology) -[ Affiliated to NBE board]
